993 PSS9 shocks vs H & R vs HD bilstien with Eibach

I would like to get opinions on which suspension system is best for the casual canyon driver. I enjoy taking my Carrera through winding roads but am not the type of person that pushes the envelope often. I am looking to lower my stock ride height as well.

The PSS9 will be the best choice. However, the ride quality might suffer on the freeway. It's a little bumpy. The H&R setup is not bad. Are you getting the coil overs from H&R? The most comfortable choice would be the Eibach set up with the Bilstein shocks. However, you cannot customize that many settings unlike the PSS9's.

Bill, if you're just looking to tighten up the suspension a little as well as be a little lower, just go the HD route. The PSS9's are junk IMO. I have them on my car and am not impressed. The quality is not there anymore, the adjustments are a pain and hard to feel. For the same $$, you could go with JIC Cross brand and get a better product (for what I know), upper camber plates and be way ahead of the game. For half the $$ go with the HD's and H&R. You won't get as low as with the more adjustable suspension kis (9's or JIC), but it sounds like you just want to go for a nice safe ride on the w/e's, not tear up the track.

Save your money for other mods, and a good alignment .......HD's
