Hi to all

I am a member since I found this site and I must thank everybody as it has helped me alot. This is my first post and iI am looking for help.

I have a my99 cab with 54k. I am in the process of putting it back togeather after replacing the clutch ,flywheel and rms. I have a leak on the cam actuator (drivers side) what is involved to replace this or is there a seal that is faulty . I have no fault codes just a leak that i would like to stop. Is it a big job? I am working on the car in my friends shop he has not worked on a porsche before but he is very experienced mechanic.

does any body have any advice.

For MY 1999 you have to remove the cam cover, loosen the timing chain, cam shafts and actuator mechanism. Not directly a DIY job IMHO.
