I've searched three forums for a detail on the fitament of the factory wing, but to no avale. Riding down the road today I heard something loose right behind me. Got out, and the wing was bouncing off the hydrolic post. Viewed the post and twist detail and reconnected, but it does not fit as tight as the right side and can pop right off with a bump in the street. Any diagram, direction, etc. for this part would be most appreciated. Every thread that came up on a search was a replacement wing of some sort.

And if there are diagram/how-to's out there I want to do my own oil and coolant. Just want to see it done once first. Do all the maintenance work on my 03 cobra myself.

Thanks,

Scott

You have to turn the hydraulic piston, when he is up, in to the bottom of the wing with a special key.

You'll need the spoiler spanner tool- I found mine on Ebay for about $10.

Ah. Figures. Thanks. I'm on it.

And, uh thanks for the diagram too. I have added this to my files. Where can I get a comprehensive list of these? Nothing in the couple of booklets I have.

This is the spanner wrench you need.

And you can get it here:
