Year and model of your car?

US or RoW car? (the alarms are different)

Generally speaking...

Alarm Fault code 25

No pin 86 S recognized

Possible cause of fault

- Pin 86 S is not detected when terminal 15 is switched on

- Fuse E1 faulty

- Short circuit to ground/open circuit in wiring between the alarm system control module and the ignition lock

- Ignition lock faulty

The indicator wasn't working due to a bent pin in the headlight connector which I fixed myself.

Took car to Porsche and this code 25 comes up if you disconnect the battery. He cleared the code and now ECU has no error codes.

Happy..............................ish

Were you able to clear it with the durametric or the dealer had to do the resetting?

Durametric couldn't clear the code as it was something to do with the alarm system. Porsche had to do it with their computer.
