I have read the post about fixing the horn with silicone. I tried the fix but, the horn keeps going off when the fuse is in place. Did I not use enough? Or could it be something else.

I just had the exact same problem...I placed 4 tiny foam pads under the top/bottom and 2 sides allowing the airbag to push off the contacts and the horn works like a champ again.

I had no problems with the silicon deal. I put most of my silicone on the back side of the bushings and lightly finger tightened in the airbag mount with the 4 bolts in. Let it set up over night. Initially the lower half of the frame wouldn’t toot the horn. Just shaved a little excess rubber off the bottom mounts and it works fine.
