Replacing Cam Sensors

I'm getting fault codes for my Cam Sensors on both banks. How hard are these to replace on an 03 Boxster S? Where exactly are the sensors located? I'm not sure I'd know what to look for?

Does anyone have the exact part numbers by chance?

Both sensors defectif is uncommon, clear the fault codes and try again.

I've cleared the fault codes repeatedly. Sometimes the error is on one bank, after I clear, it can come back on the other bank, etc. Is there a wiring harness that could be the problem? Where should I look?

The cam sensors are on the cylinder heads in the environment of the coils, trace the wiring and clean the connectors, the rest is a dealer job.

There are two cam sensors, one per cylinder bank, and they can be accessed from the top of the engine.

The location of the cam sensors is as follows:

One is located at the rear of cylinder head, bank 1-2-3 (passenger/right side), behind cylinder 3.

The other is located in front of cylinder head, bank 4-5-6 (driver/left side), in front of cylinder 4.
