I received an e-mail from mycarstats.com, saying that there were 2 new TSB's for the 04 cayenne s.

1 is for bad ignition coils :

Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION:MODULE

Bulletin Summary: BAR IGNITION MODULES (COILS) WITH PART NO. 948.602.104.00 AND 948.602.104.01. *KB

Date added to datbase: 20070809

and the 2nd is for the TPMS:

SERVICE BULLETIN:2207 NHTSA ITEM NUMBER:10022419

Component: TIRES:PRESSURE MONITORING AND REGULATING SYSTEMS

Bulletin Summary: TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS. *KB

I can't seem to find info on them anywhere including in the TSB's here. are they just too new to get or is it something I have to try to get from the dealer?

thanks

The published version (CD or print) comes out usually 3-4 months after the date of the TSB. That is when we (and dealers get them).

We pay about $475 a year for this service.

The PIWIS version is out faster but it is electronic only (and PIWIS updates cost $18,000 per year).
