Damage rear control arm link

The rear left lower control arm link is bend is the link from the axle carrier by the sway bar to the wheel the question how difficult is the work any special tools or trick in changing the part. Ups is bring the part next week my car is a 1999 c2 . Thank you. :renntech:

That part has been changed (design change) so you will likely have to replace both.

You will need the ball joint tool described elsewhere here and of course you will need an alignment for the rear of the car.

Thanks for the information. The tool is what they call pickle fork ball joint separator long rod with what looks like a long u

DO NOT use a pickle fork.

Use the tool described here.

Got the part today did the change took about 1 hr it was easy took of the nut which a star on the top to hold the part just hold and turn the nut no special tool was require came right off with no problem also installation was simple the worst part was putting the sway bar back.
