Rear Tail Light Problems

Recommended Posts

I have an 02 Boxster S (US Model), and yesterday found that my rear drivers side (LH) tail light is no longer working. The right side is fine, and the reverse, brake and turn signal lamps work fine. I have checked the bulb and there is no problem. I tested for voltage on the connector and nothing registers. I have tried to check fuses, but there doesnt apear to be a dedicated fuse, and so I assume its connected to the main headlight circuit or something. and those, +ignition fuses all apear ok.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this and any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks

I have had no issues with my P lights but I can tell you with other euro cars I've had issues with the plastic parts failing in the light assembly not allowing for a good contact. Hopefully you examined all the contact points.

The Bentley has detailed circuits but if you don't have one send me a PM, I may have a PDF you would want to see.
