I've had a good look underneath and I've already changed the mufflers but I'm a little concerned about how to change that cats as I've never dealt with O2 sensors before. The instructions (if you can call them that) included with the cats are minimal at best. If anyone has already done this install, could they please answer the following for me;

- Did you remove the airbox to get access to the passenger side O2 cables to unclip them?

- Do you remove the O2 sensor plugs in the engine compartment then drop the cats and remove the O2 sensors or just leave them connected and remove the O2 sensors from the cats first?

- I tried applying a reasonable amount of force to the O2 sensors using a 22mm box wrench with no budging - are they threaded normally (right is tight) and should they be so tight when reinstalling?

- Will the O2 sensors be damaged if the ends touch something once they've been removed?

- What torque is required for the header flange bolts?

Thanks for any help you can provide..
