997 c2 Performance upgrades

Dont you have a sticky post... of all the upgrades for the 997 porsche ?

My only question is whats the best chip/reflash for a 997 C2, and performance upgrades for these cars?Are there supercharger kits, turbo kits?

Mods please consider in making a sticky about performance parts and upgrades for this cars in a sticky... Not only in this Forum but also in all the diferent porsche forums

Depends on what your goal is I suppose. Turbo / Super, no thanks. If I wanted such an animal I would have purchased a 997TT. Naturally aspirated all the way. Performance upgrades -- well, I think the car performs remarkably well already. What are the issues you are dealing with? Is it handling? You might have a bad factory alignment (I did). For the track I wanted less understeer so ended up with GT3 control arms to get -2 front and -1.8 rear. Brakes are more than anyone could ever want on the street, and are monsters on the track (with full race pads and SRF fluid). No need for different calipers, lines, etc.

Chip / reflash -- nah, the factory logic works fine for me. Considered intake, but don't like the options out there except the factory X51, and that's too expensive for nominal gain.

What suspension? If stock and you are experiencing too much roll on the race track, then consider coilovers.
