Hi, finally got around to this, I have the old non-switchable PSE, so I am adding the switch looks quite straight forward, but am struggling to equate the wiring diagram with the PSE install technical bulletin.

One particular wire - diagram shows it as Grey/Blue/Brown from terminal 3 of switch to BS 5/2 DIM 2/D3 ???

The bulletin says it should go to jumper plug 5/2 slot 28.

Now I know where slot 28 is (as another wire brown from terminal 3 of the PSE relay ran to it).

Does the grey blue brown run to this say block? Any free slot.

I suppose what I am asking is how to translate the BS 5/2 nomenclature to the slot 28 and then which part of the terminal?

OK got to the bottom of this, it seems the bulletin has a mistake in it - found another post that seems to confirm this.

Will check the colour of wires into slot 25 when I have the relay carrier down again.

BTW there is very little give in my relay carrier the main bundle of wires seem to be clipped together and tied to the edge of the relay carrier precluding much movement - any tips?

Why do Porsche not correct the bulletin seems people have been struggling with this step since 2004 at least!!

Still be interested in how to translate the text in the wiring diagrams e.g. BS11 17/C8 how does that refer to slot 28??

BS11 is Bridge Plug 11, one of the bridge plugs on the relay carrier. There are several bridge plugs there with multi-pin connections for speed signal, brake switch, etc.

17/C8 is the "grid reference" to where the wire goes - in this case Sheet 17, gridref C8.

It would probably help to have the sheets showing the destinations of the wires you are trying to trace. I'll PM you.
