Torque settings for exhaust swap

I'm planning on swapping the standard exhaust on my 2003 TT at the weekend for a Techart one. Can anyone give me the torque settings I'm going to need especially for the studs on the turbos to the exhaust. Any wise words on things to do/not do when I'm working on it? I've looked at the jacking point threads so looks like it is ok to lift under the engine on the seam as shown in a photo - is this right?
