Hello,

I have a question regarding the factory-fit alarm on my 2003 model.

In the beginning, when I was arming the alarm I could see the dashboard alarm-light as well as the "lock" button on the dashboard were both blinking. A couple of days ago, when I tried to arm the alarm my horn briefly sounded once and only the alarm-light was blinking but not the lock button anymore. I checked if something was left open but it seemed that all the car was properly secured. I tried it a couple of times more just to get the same behavior. Starting yesterday, the same pattern is repeated however this time without hearing any sound from the horn; still only the alarm-light blinking but not the lock button.

Any ideas what might be going wrong? :huh:
