Is anyone here using a lifting device for servicing their cars. If you are will you post what you are using and your recommendations.

I am looking at this scissors lift made by Mohawk.

That looks interesting, I have been thinking of one for my garage.

Is there any reason to be able to get to the center area of the car? They have lift kind of like this at Sams Club. Not a lot of access under the center of the car.

Now, when you drive over the lift will you have a problem with height of the lift and pads?

There is a guy not too far from me with a four post runway type of lift, I will try to stop by and check it out.

I have been thinking of a four post runway lift or a two post type. My biggest problem is the height of my garage, about 9 foot.
