I bought a used GT2 bumper from a member a while back like 6months ago. He said he bought and had it installed by Evoms. It is a urethane bumper. Any how I noticed I may have to trim my inner fender since where the side markers are it flares out slightly.

My install issues are

1. Flares out on each side by the side markers.

2. Outside temp mounting issue. Seems to be no place to attach it.

NOT PICTURED

3. The opening in the front does not line up with the ducting to the middle radiator. Do I need another peice? It does not look that bad.

Here is a pic of the side front vents. THey are a little off.

4. Upper hood vent does not seem right?

5 Seems to be a V in the middle of the bumper near the top vent?

6. This area seems to need to be trimed so it will bolt to the inner fender and stop the flaring near the marker lights.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

The air ducts behind the bumper (left, right and center are all different on a GT2. The side radiator positions are also slightly different.

You will need the GT2 parts if you want the GT2 bumper to fit well and provide proper cooling.

Likewise the GT2 uses different wheel well liners.

I know but my car is a replica bumper. Do I still need the ducts? If so whats that cost?

Based on the fit I see - yes you need the GT2 ducts.

This is the risk you take when you use after market parts or change factory parts without taking in to account the associated parts and their purpose.

Please try do a search for your subject in the future as it has likely been covered here before.

I searched but found no thread that showed pictures like mine. I wanted someone to chime in and see if this situation is just a trim or OEM parts fix:) I do appreciate your help though. Any idea on the cost of these vents?
