I love to mod, but I must admit when I see it in pieces I always freak out a bit...So I suppose you are doing some aerokit stuff..like Strosek or TechArt..and lots of CF...what about performance mods?

BTW lots of folks do a C4 lip...painted...gives more clearance and still looks good.

Good luck...have fun!

alex_55 - Thanks! I love modding so this is a great start!

Alex4747 - Alex, I sure do man! It came that way and for now that is what is going to be painted...I either plan on going TechArt, GT3 RSR front, or when my sponsor comes out with a new kit for the 996 (they say they have been working on it for awhile) may get that...for now the C4S lip will do.

wross996TT - Wross - check out above...that is the plan for now...if I do go the RSR kit it will be through another sponsor and I will get the whole kit done...front, sides, doors, rear, etc....power mods will come later in the year during the winter more than likely which will start on a smaller scale with a GIAC ECU upgrade to match the custom exhaust that is already on the car...I am still looking around to "learn" more about the car and get used to the power that I have now...trust me, and I am sure you know, that it has a lot now - I came from a modded E46 M3 so this is a nice upgrade. I know the car looks scary but I have been modding cars on my own since 98 and this was a small task compared to what I have done in the past...all it is, is snap in pieces and some hex bolts...mark everything, take some notes and all will be good. I have a task ahead of me though because my paint shop is saying that the pieces won't be reaady until late wednesday night or early Thursday afternoon and I have to leave for the car show I am attending Friday!

Thanks for all the posts, thanks for making me feel welcome and I promise finished pictures in a week!
