Tail light part

Does any body have the part with part #996.631.446.00? It is the rear tail light wiring harness. I don't feel like spending another $150 for it. Please help me.

996.631.446.00 is the tail light harness for a MY99-01 Carrera (item 2).

Your profile says MY02 so you would need 996.631.447.00

Thanks. That is the part number of the one that came out of the tail light. Thats weird.

Bob at Sunset Imports just told me that isn't the right part and that part was for the C4S.

Sorry, my mistake -- I mis-read the model year coverage.

You need the 996.631.446.00.

It sucks because the part for the C4S is cheaper. Why couldn't you have been right. I would have saved money. :(
