I've been scouring the web and cannot find any clear (deambered) headlights. Can anyone point me to a good place to shop for a pair?

I think you have to check eBay on a daily basis. Seems like they show up there quite often. I bought mine there and sold my amber ones for a decent price, I might add.

Ebay, but there are so many bidders it sometimes jacks up the price so much that it is in the range of litronics.

I was very lucky and got a pair of 996 clear halogens on ebay years ago for $350. It had a buy it now price, so there were no bidders.

We have a local 2003 owner who put in litronics, but he already sold his clear lights. I'll keep my eyes open for a local 996 or 2003-2004 Boxster owner who wants to put in litronics.

keep your eyes open on the Boxster/996 boards for people 'upgrading' to Litronics. then PM them and tell them you're interested in buying their clears. that's how i got mine. i got clear fronts+rears for $400. i sold the rears for $150 (i already had clear rears) so the cost was only $250.

you need to be quick, though! ;)
