Climate Control Delay

I have an '04 Cayenne. There is a delay of a minute or two for any air from the a/c to blow when I turn the car on. It usually kicks in after a minute or two. Even if I set the fan setting is on high no air blows. Any ideas? Thanks!

Usually because whatever temp it is set at, the heater core may not be warm enough to blow out the air to the vents or the A/C may not be cold enough to blow out the vents yet. Its a good thing, you wouldnt want your AC to blow cold air on you before the heater core is warmed up on a freezing cold morning, would yah!?

Remember, heater uses heated engine coolant to heat the air its blowing at the passengers.
