Strange thing happened to the my 04 Turbo the past few days. the turn signal within the main headlight was not working from time to time. I would restart the car and it would work fine, when the headlights would come on it would go off again and the warning light would come up. Took it to the dealer to have a quick look, he removed the headlight and checked the wire and it was fine when i was there. The next day it started up again. Now however when i would flash the high beam, the check high beam light shows up ironically its also the same side of the faulty turn signal. However when i checked it visually from the outside high beam is working but the turn signal wasnt but both warning were on the display. turned of the car and then back on turn signal works when lights go on it fails and when high beam selected it fails too.

Any idea whats the exact problem? :notworthy:

I think that you got two problems 1) bad contact in the main connector on the back side of the unit.

2) bad contact in the turn signal lamp holder ( pull both contact plates on the holder a little bit out for more pressure )

I think your headlight assembly is still loose, the quarter turn cams that hold the headlight in place can be sticky. Wiggle unit while trying to move the cam a bit more,I bet it tightens up alittle more. Same thing happened to mine.

Thanks for your help. will get it checked soon. High beam is always causing a malfunction whenever i use it. The turn signal happens from time to time.
