So I tried NASA's technique for fixing curb rash on my poor mangled wheel. I used every product he recommended. The technique for filling and priming works like a charm. Unfortunately, the Wurth paint doesn't match very well at all. I thought it didnt look very good in the pics he took, but I was hoping it was just bad lighting.

Oh well, it was worth a shot. I must say though, the edge of the rim is like new in its form and texture thanks to NASA's technique. Anyhow, I'm only out about $40 for the supplies.

So what to try next?

Wheel Wizard This guy is in Atlanta and is recommended by the couple dealers here.

Isn't this basically the same thing as buying a refurbished wheel from wheelenhancement.com?

Does anyone have any feedback on wheelenhancement.com? I'm kinda interested if they give you wheels that have had substantial damage and been repaired.

How bout four chrome turbo 18"s? :D Seems like it would be a bit too much on a Porsche, especially a yellow one.

Well in my experience, you have to repaint entire wheel. Get the paint code from Porsche.

 Jim
