does anyone have a pic or diagram of where the brake proportioning valve of my 99 996 is? the copy of the factory manual i downlowded doest show it. TIA

I don't know the answer to the question but I will be very surprised if the factory installs one that is adjustable. Typically, OEM proportioning is set by the factory and is not an adjustable setup.

In my opinion, the factory manual cant show a non existent item.

Even though they call it a proportioning valve (item 6 below) it is just a restricted line. There is no adjustment possible.

essentially which brake system component distributes brake pressure to each axle/wheel? thanks again
