rear cover bracket

I have a broken rear bumper cover bracket (just aft of the left rear wheel). I have the part (from sunset of course) and would like to know if this bracket can be replaced without removing the bumper cover.

Yep, that's the one (it is the passenger side though). i have the part except not sure how to replace it. I noticed it broken while working on my brakes....jeeez.

It will all come down to whether you can get it out (and the new one in) removing the bumper and/or muffler.

I would remove the rear bumper first (if needed) as it is only about a 15 minute job.
