I'm having some odd things happening with my 02 C4 996 cab.

Yesterday, my 996 was parked at work ( outside uncovered ). Here in Utah we got about 6 inches of snow over the morning and early afternoon - so the car was covered.

When I drove home at around 5pm, the car was not holding particularly 3rd gear ( standard trans ) very well. Would just rev and not feel the torque. The same was true this morning.

I don't know if it is possible that the snow accumulation and melting into the engine area could cause anything?

Its just odd - can't figure it out.

Car has 41k miles. Had its 30k svc and just had Porsche 150 pt inspection at 40k.

thanks,

dba

I don't know, maybe its a coincidence and my clutch needs to be replaced at 40k miles. I have no clue and not very technical about these matters.
