Some of us are less fortunate than others. Some have covered parking at their place of work whiles other only have the benefit of open parking.

With the Spring on our doorstep and hopefully a an excellent top down summer on its way I need to prepare myself for the shower of bird droppings when parking in the work’s open parking area. Last year wasn’t as big an issue as this year is going to be as the 944 has been replaced by a Boxster. The Hertforshire birds are well trained and do not miss a black fabric roof. :soapbox:

I am sure there is some precautions that I can take. One option that I am considering is to get hold of a “shower cap” (I think that is what they are called) i.e. a cover that just covers the hood and windscreen, fits/removes in seconds. I have noticed that the MGFs has some doing the rounds and was wondering whether something similar is available for the Boxster.

Any comments or suggestions please.
