Yes, I tried them....they stay on, but the rubber things fall off. I replaced mine with ultimate pedals:

Did you get the ones with rubber inserts? I worry about street shoes slipping w/o them. Maybe not?

Yes I did, but I have ben told the pattern you can get on the non-rubber insert pedals is just fine.
