Just finished installing the B&M short shifting kit that bolts on under the car by the transmission. A few brackets and bolts, easiest mod I have ever done, and it is adjustable for mounting the ball pin connector for 15 and 30% reduction. Went for a drive, and it feels pretty awesome, a lot shorter and crisper than I expected. I also liked the fact that the work is all under the car, and don't need to remove the trim and brake something with my banana fingers and ham hands. The kit information is at

and it comes with pretty decent instructions, easy to follow with pictures (my favorite).
