I've found so much great info on this site that I had to join up, and this is my first post as a newbie. Did a pretty thorough search on this subject and couldn't find anything about it, but sorry if I'm bumping an old topic here!

Long story short I've decided that my main winter project is to install mesh grille behind the front air intakes on my Boxster to keep the leaves/pebbles/etc out. I have a 2002 S with the factory aerokit. I've seen websites that offer ready-made grilles for the standard S but they won't fit the aerokit. So basically I've resigned to the fact that I'm going to make these myself, which doesn't seem too hard to do. My main concern here is how to attach these to the bumper. Has anyone out there attempted this or seen it done? If so, what's the best way to do it ... wire? Clips/clamps? Screws/adhesive (I'd prefer to avoid this route if at all possible)? Any suggestions/stories would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks Loren - "screen" was the one word I didn't try in my search! I'll give that method a shot and post the results here when I'm done...

Thanks,

John
