03 Front bumper swap

I just got an 03 with the regular "fish mouth".

Can you guys confirm/disprove that a C4S front bumper will fit but requires some adapting, and that I am better off buying an anniversary 996 front bumper (that will just bolt on) ?

How bad is the C4S one, if that is true ? It's a lot easier (cheaper) to locate than the Anniversary model !

I put a Turbo bumper on my C4 CAB. You have to add some sheet metal extensions to the middle to entend to where it attaches. And remove the eyebrows (under the headlights) carefully so that you can re-attach them. Otherwise they are about $75 each.

GT3 is the perfect fit that looks best IMO

I agree, we have fitted and refitted various front covers on 996 for years and the GT3 fits the best and looks appropriate!-Mark www.formulamotorsports.com
