PCM1 and no sound issue

Was driving the car , 996 c2 1999 model, a few days ago and went to make a phone call. When i hit the dash dial button my stereo went off and everything went silent, no sound from the phone. Since then all of my sound has been out completely.

I have trawled around the forums to try and find out what it could be. I heard that there is a fuse on the CDC3 which can blow, i stripped it and took a look, but found no fuse, what does it look like?

Also on the back of the PCM there is a 10A red fuse which can blow, I checked and this was fine.

Does anybody have any ideas where I can look now? I am a little lost.

I live in Norway and my dealer is about 350miles away and i don't want to have to go there to fix this problem if i can avoid it.

Any assistance is appreciated
