hi have got excessive battery drain on 968 cab . if fuse pulled out for power window relay drain goes. had a look on porsche wiring diagram at power window relay with 5 terminals but cant find out where the terminals are wired to for holding the relay live all the time. thanks simon

does your dome lights work? window relay stays alive when car is turned off until the door is opened, if it doesn't see that it will cause a drain. check door pin switches

I have a 944 s2 with the same battery drain problem. When the window winder(motor) fuse is pulled draw is reduced by 80 ma. Could this also be a door switch issue? Any guidance?

On your 944, are you getting a red 'battery light' on the left gauge? The battery light completes the circuit. If it is loose or broken that the battery will drain dead. Found out the hard way but it was an easy fix.
