99 C2 cab ... hard top squeaks from the rear over every bump in the road. Can this be lubed somehow without removing the top completely? Or do I have to enlist a neighbor for the afternoon?

There is a 14 page TSB with fixes for a number of hardtop noises. I can email you this if you want or you could make your dealer fix it. There is also a TSB about new latches - do you have those?

Thanks, Loren ... vjd3@yahoo.com

The car is a 99, so it's not under warranty, although it is a Porsche certified car, the dealer said adjustments are not covered. I doubt I have the new latches.

You have a certified car and the dealer said that they are not covered? BS! I just took mine in and had them eliminate a number of rattles and it was all covered under the certified warranty.
