Attemping to remove my front bumper and using Loren's excellent 3rd radiator install tutorial.

The rivets in the wheel wells are killing me. I'm assuming they're 2 parts? A pin and a sleeve?

I am able to get the pin to pop-up about an eighth of an inch but that's it. Are they supposed to come all the way out? Are both pieces supposed to come all the way out in my hand?

Any help would be appreciated.

The pin is giong to need to be pulled out further (see pic). I keep spares handy for my daily driver. I try to get mine done each spring. Yes, both parts (actually all one piece) have to come out. Good luck.

Exactly what I needed. Much thanks.

I use a wide screwdriver; insert it under the push pin and then twist the handle. Grab the pin, rotate and pull, rotate and pull. Pull the pin all the way out. --Brian
