2002 C4S Manual

I am looking to put a fixed rear wing on my 2002 C4S. Anyone that has a wing on their P-Car that would work on the C4S could you post a pic.

Or give me any recomendations you might have would be great. I have seen a few in Excellence magazine, but they only show the wings and I would like to see them on the car.

Thanks

Opinions differ naturally, but the only wing I would ever put on my car was something similar to Mishas GT2 replica.

I dont like the aerokit wings, and this one looks great imho. Your milage may vary.

That wing looks great on the c4s even without the aerokit all the way around. What is the retail price on the Misha GT2?

Thanks for your input

Mishas minimal site - http://www.996wings.com/

A DYI for the install - http://www.funcarsonline.com/gallery/album26

I think it sells for around $1200-1300 + a paintjob.

Beware - it might look good on its own, but it generates lots of downforce. Without a frontwing you might get an ustable car at high speeds. Goes for most all rear wings. If you never drive above 65, then no problem ;-)

Does anyone have any experience with this wing on a c2 or a c4s without the full areokit? How unstable did it make the car at high speeds? This car is not tracked it is for everyday driving just like the look of the wing.

Thanks

i have it on my C2. Great wing, looks and build wise.

I have a aero kit on though and a front lip, since i do track the car and often are over 100+ while driving (lots of hwy 5).

I had the taco on before and just didnt like it. I like the way the gt2 wing flattens out the rear of the car, making it more squat to the ground. Mine fits up great, finish was very good, and it was about 1600 or so with paint.

Your car looks great with the gt2 wing and aero kit. In your opinion, since I do not track my car, but is more of a daily driver. Would I be OK with the gt2 wing on my c4s without the aero kit on the front or sides of the car?

Thanks

I would say YES, the C4S already has a nice set of factory front spoiler and side skirts,

which in my opinion, looks better than the aerokit.

Adding the wing would just complement the overall C4S design.
