RTS System, why two diffrent part #'s?

What is the difference between these two part numbers?

955 044 000 22 - Why is this one cheaper?

955 044 000 72

Second, I have a 05' CTT with roof rails. If I remove the roof rails, will the parts above just lock into whatever is below the roof rails? Knowing the answer is no, what else do I need? Finally, for the 000 72, what is the parts list in the box? The box I recieves is missing the keys and am wondering if I was missing anyting else. All I have are the two RTS cross rails in the box, seems like there should be more.

955.044.000.72 replaced 955.044.000.22.

This is just the RTS system if you want a bike carrier or surfboard carrier or roof box you have to buy those too.

The RTS replaces the roof rails. The two RTS cross rails seems to be all that the parts list shows.
