Have a 99 C2 manual 65k miles... the car rattles at idle,... the rattle goes away when the engine rev up to 1k rpm or above... and it do not rattle during driving nor in gears... the engine idle perfectly fine.

any one have the same problem I am suspecting may be engine mount or flywheel warped.... btw., clutch do not slip...

It could be one of your mufflers, this was the perfect excuse for me to buy a new exhaust system.

While the car is rattling, try putting your foot on the exhaust tips and see if it stops. Mine does that sometimes and goes away if I do this. Told me that there's nothing serious going on until I find the time to deal with it.
