Recently my dealer restored the window comfort function deactivated by Porsche. :clapping:

Now by holding the lock/unlock button on the remote the driver's window will open or close.

Also by holding key in the door the same functions exist.

Too bad the sunroof and other window are not included like my Lexus, but this is better than nothing.

The front control box had to be replaced because the functions would only work when the pitwix (sp?) was connected, with the original box.

I have an 06 997S coupe, I don't know about the Cabs..

Definately worth the group buy for Cabs.

The Coupe "Remote Key" is not out yet for 997 Coupes. 996 version costs $239!!

We are waiting for the 997 version, then a group buy..

but this works only to OPEN the window not close it

i do this in my 997 but it does not close ,only opens when you wanna enter the car

It (RemoteKey) opens or closes both windows, gives one touch up on passenger side, trunk button delay and a host of other options, including beep on locking and unlocking.

Well worth the bucks!!!

comfort setting redo from dealer only gives drivers window up or down!
