Well after weeks of relentless rain , my cab has spat the dummy electricals went one by one, battery generator, PCM, airbag, brake distribution, abs, roof rear spoiler.. You name it... Ding ding ding it was like playing a slot machine and. Getting the feature !! Every time I clicked ok I'd get a new error.. Sheesh.. Eventually after market gps radio started fading in and out.. Then lights died and car died.. Doh.. Parked the car went back to. It the next day and it started .. Drove it a km and it all repeated dying in my driveway.. Battery then went dead.. Recharged over night and plugged it back in but she is kaput.. Stupidly I didn't leave the bonet unlocked so I not can't get under the bonet to start again. I have plugged into the fuse panel and the alarm goes off.. But guess what my remote does nt turn the alarm off, and the red key is broken.. Yellow key has been my savior till now.. Without getting past this I can't pop the hood.. Bummer... Water behind right drivers seat, and condensation under the bucket seat in the right rear.. So I at best waterlogged and will come good but here are my questions following reading a few great articles here... 1) how do I kill the alarm ? 2) once I do this do I take battery out and recharge and then hairdry the car under the seat ? How do I get the electronics under my seat functioning again ? 3) is it possible I have fried my computer ? 4) is this a job for Porsche service center or will I be robbed blind ? 5) which of the drainage points are likely to be my problem Thanks for your help crew... Wanted one of these little bad boys all my life but this isn't fun right now ;) Argggg...
