Hello! My 2008 Cayenne S has the dreaded 'ticking' in the engine and was diagnosed with piston slap. As a result, I will need to replace the engine. There doesnt seem to be alot of inventory for non turbo 4.8L engines that are non GTS (ie. for vehicles with VIN B as the 5th character). My question is can I install a GTS engine in my vehicle? Thanks!

This is my first post. I have a 2008 Cayenne S with the BOSE sound system and have just finished an install of the new Dynavin solution for Cayenne. From what I've been told by the distributor, I may be the first person in North America to have one installed. But for any Cayenne owners looking for an aftermarket solution that's compatible with the MOST system, it doesnt get much better than this.
