I found the reason. Disconnecting the engine cover drivers side. Access to the release cable. Lots of WD40 and problem is gone

Hello everybody!
Wanted to say that the problem is solved.
Car i back since yesterday. With a new second alternator and .... IT WORKS!
They made a test and i was driving now arround for some time. doesnt matter which rpm, the meter never goes under 13,3 and the high is arround 13,80
I hope this is some way ususal for this engine.

You was right. I went to change the fuel pump. I believed it was the one on passenger side because really strange noises from there.
But, this one was working and only noisy because it had to work much more because the DRIVERS SIDE PUMP WAS FAULTY.
It wasnt working at all but not damaged.just a cable there was not connected very well. So for now car is running fine again
