  1. Hi Guys. The key with this is to complete both steps. Be sure to make the button in the car recognize the remote control THEN go up the ladder press the ID button and run back to the car and press the button you're programming (you have 30 sec or so to do this depending on the manufacturer)...you need to go back and press the ID button 2 more times (a total of 3 trips up the ladder) before the button will recognize the ceiling unit. Each time you head back to the car and press the button - you should notice the light on the ceiling unit blink or light turning off. Set all three doors this morning. Good luck!
