  1. I would drive it more or wait a couple more days, prolly would go away.
  2. If the light flashes slowly, it indicates low coolant level or engine compartment temperature too high. If it flashes rapidly, it is the temperature sensor if it is a solid light, the temperature is too high.
  3. TIP ATF fluid check isn't too easy,,,40C MAX!!! U will need a Temperature meter with probe inserted into the hole .
  4. A guy name Bisi did back to back on his Dynapack, result was dyno proven 5hp and 3ft/lbs or torque gain on his desnorkled 986. I'm just wondering any 987 owners has performed this?
  5. pretty nice! azzoro . It would look better if they were black?
  6. It would be interesting to see something like this for a 986 untitled.bmp
  7. I would start t car when she is cool, turn the AC on, go check 2 front fans, any difference I would search
  8. Yup that SILVER 986 looks pretty tight , I might have to say,,, I've seen more than several SILVER 986/996'S w/black rims around. Obviously they all had a good taste + look very sharp.
  9. As systech mentioned there is a fan blowing thru the passenger(US) side air duct. fan shouldn't come on when U Start the car cold, wait until the engine compartment fan comes on to listen or disconnect the fan ? down the hill, put it in Neutral, turn off the ignition, let it roll for a few seconds to listen?
  10. its just my opinion - chrome 's fading away,,, notice that Porrsche doesn't use any chrome body moldings or pieces, prolly P-engineers know its really tacky If Porsche had chrome bumper/window moldings, I wouldn't have never bought one. Silver Boxster w/ Black rims would look so nice! chrome wheels would be gross on her
  11. Those wheels look nice! They are same as mine :D But do me a favor,,,stay away from CHROME please.
  12. yes SAE and 185 kW , 250 HP @ 6,250 rpm; 225 ft lb , 305 Nm @ 4,500 rpm
  13. there is a similar post in 986 forum but not sure it will work on a 987? passenger side headlight housing
  14. When I was installing my LED fogs, didn't wanna remove the bumper? ran 4wires thru the passenger headlight housing, was done in 10 minutes.
  15. U see the ghetto mounting screw at the bottom? thats how they get mounted!
  16. I don't think so. don't think there is any pins for the AUX input. But there are series of speker level out puts to the crappy factory amp. Using a IN-LINE to 3.5mmJack converter on the Amp's input side might work? Who knows? I believe CR220 is so crappy it's not worth to hack anything,,, HAHA
  17. I think U are talking about this Lexan plastic noise reducer?
  18. loose cap or cracked reservoir tank, this has been discussed here many times.
  19. Im kinda lost here but If u already have the wind screens(1&2), clips are already built on to it,,,just click them on unless your tabs are broken.
