  4. AOS-996 107 023 04 yes, same tube# for your 2000 Any recommendation on the spark plugs, fuel filter, etc I should use? I'm ordering parts from Pelican today. She's sitting in my garage already in "maintainence" mode! :) Oh and fyi, not that it really matters because I'm replacing it anyways, but where the heck is the Part # on the AOS? Also, Pelcian lists the "J-tube" as Part # 996-107-145-06-M100, however, says it's for Boxster 1997-99. Will this work on my 2000 Boxster S ? Thanks!

  6. uhm 2001 in 987 forum B) ATF & ATF filter is due at 90,000 miles. U can do it! draining is pretty easy but filling is the hard/complicated part since u will need to read the fluid temp.
  7. 350z is DS2 , the reason it is shooting so high is DS2 requires a special projector housing. H7 should work if its filled w/ zenon High Intensity Discharge.
  8. There is a DIY exhaust mod article by Loyd six all depends on what kind of mod U are doing, usually requires a welder, pipe bender? Is this what U are going with or cat back? WOW supersprint cat back system is $5000.00 I'm doing a similar mod using a pair of Dynomax turbo in a few days, all the parts came in less than $180
  9. I wouold removed the door panel to be certain,,,inspect the window regulator cable also, make sure to have a good tension. On the bottom of this 986 main forum there is a topic called " window won't drop 1/2 inch". I'm sure that will be able to help u out. U wanna get that part NEW prolly from SUNSET Porsche?
  10. U got a faulty door micro switch. Will need to replace the door latch unit.
  11. they are either 8 /4 OHM depends how U wire them. all U are pushing is a little 5"? so they can barely handle 25W RMS. so U dont really need a low impedence amp Of course 2OHM stable is better but any bi-channel amp out there will work for u somethin to think about, U will prolly need an after market head unit for the amp to work.
  12. there is a thin silver plate goes on the back and the porsche logo holder is a magnet. this thing will swivel, rotate 360
  13. Hey Kevin whats the mileage on your 2000 S? around 30,000
  14. goint to be very difficult. will need add a few door pins in the door hinge.
  15. Sorry to hear this... this is going to be very frustrating & expensive. 1 986 owner spent $2100 when his module was flooded. Try not to unplug the seat wiring hardness
  16. new cell phone holder was mounted,,, with the top on, it is convinient to talk on the speaker ph.

Once U removed the head housing, will be able to fish the wire inside the bumper 3.power consumption for these lights is almost 0 :D , tapped with phone ready switched circuit in the bottom center console
