  1. most likely it's the seat belt buckle. http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?s...61&hl=chime
  2. Yes, your maintainer isn't working properly and 'overcharged' the battery,,, Any lead-acid battery system when overcharged will produce hydrogen gas. If the rate of overcharge is small, the vents of each cell allow the dissipation of the gas. However, on severe overcharge or if ventilation is inadequate or the battery is faulty, a flammable concentration of hydrogen may remain in the cell or in the battery enclosure. Any spark can cause a hydrogen and oxygen explosion.
  3. left fender cable is easy to locate? it is not that thik. scew driver trick at the pulling lever,,,

  8. Hey TP , I was gonna give it a shot too + DIY I found a used glass window for $170,,, But it won't be necessary not when U can get the whole mobile service for $270.00 :rolleyes
  9. Agreed with RFM, wvicary. I was drving thru the school zone the other day, their indcator was 2miles slower than mine,,,, im wondering how uguys are actually compaing your speed? Do U ever come to think that theirs(laser,GPS) might be off, or get a new set ot tires (as they wear from 10/32 tread depth, odometer will read a bit faster) But to make some of U happy- these guys can do it http://www.tachosoft.com/pics/porscheboxster.htm
  10. powered tooth brush + a little water,,,,, then yours could look like this too. pic from mickeymouse
  11. AFTER u installed the AOS, it could take days for the smoke to be gone completeley sometimes more than just driving around. But the car shouldn't run rough like that. it is a very dense white smoke with an acrid odor, then it is due to coolant burning in a cylinder when the engine is first started. if the cause is to be a seeping head gasket+foamy cream around the cap+choco milky dip stick+coolant loss,,,
  12. What U want to use is this liquid seam sealer! click on ADD REPLY/BROWSE/UPLOAD/MANAGE CURRENT ATTACHMENT/ +
  13. why not used the tiptronic? tip will behave like how U drive.
  14. Hey CHRIS, your window working ok? usually water seeps thru the rubber gasket in the door jamb, until they ruin everything.
  15. often times it's written on the front hood label or manual, if not I'm sure Loren will have it for U.
  16. not really, bose fiber optic is almost impossible to interlink together. I'm sure that U will be able to find a used amp then plug& play. Or my local electronic shop repaired 1 of my old HAES amp too,,,
