  1. Have a 2008 Cayenne base model. Started smelling fuel and received check engine light with code P1110(very small fuel leak). Turns out my fuel filter flange developed a crack and fuels was shooting out from the crack, thus the fuel smell. Replaced the fuel filter. However, one of the fuel lines that attach to it from the right fuel pump has a bad clip(which I did not know at the time). Upon testing after replacing the fuel filter, that fuel line detached from the fuel filter and the car stalled. Re-checking the install, I now see the detached fuel line from the right fuel pump. I kind of fixed the clip on that fuel line that had detached from the fuel filter and it is now staying. Started the car and after driving for a few days, check engine light comes back with the following codes - P1110(very small fuel leak), P1090(small leak), P0393(system too lean at idle bank2), P0391(system too lean at idle bank1). Bite the bullet and bought the right side fuel pump that comes with the fuel line that attached to the fuel filter as I suspected the clip on that fuel line is still not doing the job properly. Replaced the fuel pump and re-attached everything. Test drove the car and still getting check engine light with code P0393(system too lean at idle bank2). Other than that, car drives normally. I am at a lost to where to look into. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  2. You may be on to something. I also have a Check High Beam warning every time I start the car but my high beams are working on both sides. Where would this VES module be located? Thanks Duram.
  3. I have a 2000 c4 with xenon lights. Starting recently, when I start the car, the driver side headlight would turn on, do the level adjustment thing while flickering a few times and then turn itself off, leaving the passenger side headlight on only. Anyone has any suggestion where to start looking to trouble? Thanks a bunch.
  4. I have a 2008 v6 Cayenne with base cdr23. The headunit does not turn on automatically after starting the car. Pulled the radio and found that the ignition turn on lead does not give 12v after car has started. Checked fuses on both sides of the dash but did not find any blown fuse. Does anyone have suggestion where to start looking? Thanks.
  5. 2008 v6 with basic audio and manual trans. Thanks.
  6. I have just replaced my base cdr23 radio. Now where can I find a source for switched ignition to wire up to the new radio? The existing iso harness only has battery, ground and remote turn-on. Thanks.
  7. Anyone knows what fluid Porsche use for their manual transmission in v6 and gts? Thanks.
  8. I have a 2008 v6 cayenne with base audio cdr23 headunit. I am looking to upgrade to a double din headunit. I've been seaching around but cannot find a definite answer. Does the base audio have an external amp and if it does, does that mean it is MOST bus and need to be replaced too? Or does the base audio head unit(cdr23) powers all the speakers and does not have an external amp? Also, what do I need to get in order to preserve the steering wheel controls(something called CAN bus)? Hopefully some of you who had done it before can shed some lights.
  9. Hello, how do you take the headlights out to replace the bulb? I could not figure out the tricks to take out the headlight unit to replace the bulb. Please help. I would like to put in hid too. Thanks in advance
