Reviving this old thread as I'm stuck on getting the manifold out. All fasteners listed in this post are out, the lower fuel line is disconnected and is rattling in place. However I'm not able to lift the manifold out. I try lifting it from the passenger side, it moved up about 3 inches and I can see on the driver's side it creates a gap and moves around but can't lift it out. What's the technique to get this out? Do I need to fully pull the lower rail out before this comes off?? Please help.
