  1. I have been chasing a parasitic leak for about 3 years on my 2007 911 Turbo with a Manual Transmission. When I am at home I keep the car on a trickle charger and when I am away from home I have a quick battery disconnect so I do not get stranded with a dead battery. From what I have read disconnecting the battery can lead to an "Warning Visit Workshop" in Instrument Cluster Cd 8043 fault. Service Bulletin https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10168693-0001.pdf page seven about halfway down, "part ID 9449" , "Warning Visit Workshop" in Instrument Cluster Cd 8043 indicates that the Control Module - Porsche (997-618-513-01) is the source of both issues i.e. The parasitic leak and the Cd8043 fault. My question is if I "Simply" replace the Control Module it will not resolve the issue. In addition, I will have to pay the Stealer to program it as well?
