A great car! Looks just like mine except Silver....how is it holding up?

OK...I saw the "rust" and was wondering if it was a NE car. TX is good.... Funny thing...I was buying mine from a Merc/Audi/Porsche dealer so I thought a PPI was not warranted. Poor on my part. I found an Indy in Jacksonville (prior to buying it) and he suggested I bring it to him after purchase. I asked the Sales Mgr for a short warranty and he agreed: 30 days/1000 miles. PPI came out great. The car does have a slow cranking issue. It cranks like the battery is near death...turns out it's a harness. There was a TSB put out on it a few years ago and it's been a problem. The dealer is reimbursing me for that. Let us know how the PPI goes. I assume its a great price to go to TX for purchase? What is the plan? Drive it back or ship?

Hi Gang. Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong forum. I could not find a New Member area. I am the new Daddy to a 2007 C2S (997.1) 6MT. I have a 2009 335I sedan as my DD. I have always wanted a Porsche and upon cutting a deal with the "boss" , I searched for and found my Porsche down in Melbourne, FL...2.5 hours south of me. I am the second owner, 31k original miles. I am in heaven. I love the car...everything about it. I had the Dension 500 installed by my trusted Indy and am getting the slow crank harness fix done as well as a b&m SSK this coming week. I signed up for the PCA and plan on a DE event at some point. My goal is to eventually buy a 991 Turbo but that's not happening for a few years. Here are some pics. Looking forward to being part of the community.
