  2. Hi Loren, Its an 05 carrera s 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Sorry to revive this thread but would anybody have an answer already as to what fluid to use? Im at 55k and would be doing this soon
  4. Check for breakage in the jet(venturi) hose. Not the nose connected on top of the fuel pump but those connected with quick connects to each side of the pumps. Mine were broken into pieces. No problem when tank is full but ince the hoses are above the fuel level that's when it atumbles and dies. 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. its the jet suction(venturi pipe) hoses are broken and brittle. though your pumps are working its not sucking any fuel from the venturi pipes. Its the one connected to each of the pumps
  6. Update, it was the suction jets hoses that were brittle and broken into pieces. changed them and pumps at the same time coz i ordered them already. Killed my starter in the process of determining the problem but all is good now. Power and mileage is back where it should be 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Hi, Bear with me as i Am trying to sort my problems one by one. Sometimes, the doors of my cayenne cannot be opened right away either from the inside or outside. If coming from outside, i have to grab the handle and push the doors inward before i can open it. If from the inside, i have to pull or yank the door handle a little bit before i can open the doors. It gets embarassing if you have a passenger who cant get in or out without telling them how to open the doors. I dont know if it is connected but i cannot communicate with kessy. Did the $5 fix but fuse 40 keeps blowing so did not bother to fix it anymore when finally it did not blow after 4 fuses and i have code 1299. Thanks in advance. 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks for the replies. Mines at 60k km with the above problems though i mix brands of gas sometimes and the pumps are 13 Y.o.I ordered the refresh kit from ecs and might just replace everythhing rather than just the fpr and filter. the pumps might go anytime and i have to redo everything again. Uhhh dilemma[emoji848] 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I have durametric 2225,2235/2237 everything runs good. Just fixed a tee at the intake which was chafed by the pulley. All coils plugs and purge valve done. I think i have low pressure on the pumps or back flowing on the check valves. They still run fine and pulls good in acceleration but cranks longer than usual in the morning. Cel doesnt come on during long drives, only when i idle in stop and go traffic. Ordered a refresh kit from ecs but thinking to just use the filter and fpr for now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hi, need little help. My durametric enthusiast will not read my transfer case module for my 04 cayenne turbo. When i cLick read fault codes it just displays the red circle with the exclamation point. It can identify the module but not read it for codes. thank you in advance
  11. Check if your rad fans are functioning as it should. With what you are describing, its not functioning while AC is off 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Thanks guys, mine is just the 2 zone so much simpler. Will be doing this when i get home.also thinking if the capacity of the coolant will have an effect on engine temp. will do some experiments. 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hi, thanks for the reply. If you can also mark where i can cut and loop the pipes so no coolant will enter the core would be of great help. Heaters have really no use on our part of the globe. 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hi, any updates on anyone who has done their heater core replacement?i just need a diagram to find the 2 hoses running to the heater core so i can bypass it. Thank you 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Hey Loren, would you be so kind to provide a pinout diagram so i can trace this once and for all?thank you 2004 cayenne turbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
